BACKBENDS AND INVERSIONS
This class is geared toward students who are comfortable training deep backbends like wheel pose (aka full bridge), forearm stand ( with or without help from a wall), and handstand ( again with or without the wall). This class will focus on strategies to deepen back flexibility and improve coordination and alignment for these inverted backbends. Props: 2 blocks, foam roller, medium theraband and a wall. Class is recorded and available for playback for 7 days.
NEEDLE SCALE SESSION
This class will dive deep into the spine and hip mobility needed for this elusive trick. Students should be of an intermediate flexibility level with minimum 180 degree front splits on each leg. Modifications will be given to help you progress safely and effectively, while also educating you on the bio mechanics of your backbend. Class is recorded and available for playback for 7 days. Props: 2 yoga blocks, strap, foam roller and a wall.

FISHBOWL PRIVATES - 60min
Fishbowl privates are a new class format! I am opening up my coaching process to you, my fellow coaches and students. In a Fishbowl Private, you can book a spot to look in on my one on one sessions. You have the freedom to practice along if you wish, or take notes and use the content to help design your personal program. At the end of the session, the "fish" and the students who observed will have an opportunity for Q&A with me. Sessions are recorded on Zoom and available for playback for 7 days.
ONLINE PRIVATE CLASSES
Privates are a great way to make progress on your personal goals. Privates allow us to get specific on the things that your practice is calling forward. I like to combine conditioning with drills to help you achieve the next step forward in your practice. Training with me is challenging yet attainable.
